International Challenge Cup 2016 has been held at the Hong Kong Stadium on July 30, South China FT from Hong Kong Premier League will open their tournament against Juventus FC from Lega Serie A. It has been triggered at this day. All fans of two football teams have waited for this competition for a long time.
During this event, TPDS has been assigned to be designated driving company and to provide professional drivers, coaches, all related travelling and logistics services for Juventus FC. Also, we have provided our security support service for this special event. Under the help of our attentive staffs and experience of our management team, we have got recognition and praise from all of Juventus FC teammates after successful completion of whole event. Again, we give a great thank and appreciation to TPDS and GID staffs’ contributions.
For the whirlwind visit to Hong Kong, TPDS team has started to prepare every details of the work and cooperate with different partners including Juventus FC, JEEP, hotels & event PR company as early as a month ago. We have paid attention to every particular while preparing and getting ready on the arrangement for this solid project ranging from the airport to hotel and to the Hong Kong Stadium.
Till to two days before arriving to Hong Kong, all of the equipment have been already come to Hong Kong first. We have to prepare for a sufficient time to coordinate logistics and settlement issues for Juventus FC’s advance team. During the time of visiting to Hong Kong, TPDS has to complete all of our missions without any mistake and ensure that there is no any slight error on the schedule. It is really a fantastic and extraordinary opportunity to TPDS.
With the great effort of our professional driver team and our experienced project coordinators, we ensure that all processes have been operated smoothly and on schedule. From the wording of our staffs, they have already waited at the Airport and they have been greeting the arrival of Juventus FC.
Juventus F.C has come back to hotel to rest with a smile of victory, and then our drivers picked up Juventus teammates to the airport to leave.
In these four days, TPDS has provided professional personal service for Juventus F.C., we ensured that all teammates with their equipment could be arrive safely and on time between the airport hotels and competition venue. We specially thank to all of our professional drivers, staffs and security guards. They have provided their best service for our honorable customer. They have arrived at the airport to pick up Juventus F.C. players back to hotel before dawn. We are so excited to witness this wonderful event.
